Description

Delicious grilled chicken skewers served with a spicy Bang Bang sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into 11 inch chunks
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • Wooden skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss the chicken chunks with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Thread the seasoned chicken onto the skewers, leaving space between each piece.
  4. Grill the skewers for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through with grill marks.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha to create the Bang Bang sauce.
  6. Serve the chicken skewers warm with the Bang Bang sauce on the side for dipping.
