Delicious cookies loaded with M&M’s, white chocolate chips, and a crunchy twist of pretzels and potato chips.
Ingredients

- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup red and green M&M’s
- 3/4 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup mini pretzels, broken
- 1/2 cup crushed potato chips
- 1/4 cup holiday sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, cream the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy (2-3 minutes).
- Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract.
- Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in M&M’s, white chocolate chips, pretzels, potato chips, and sprinkles.
- Scoop dough into 2-tablespoon portions onto baking sheet. Optionally chill for 20-30 minutes.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until edges are golden and centers slightly soft.
- Cool on tray for 5 minutes, then transfer to wire rack. Press extra toppings on top while warm.
Notes
- For a chewier cookie, chill the dough before baking.
- Feel free to customize the toppings with your favorite mix-ins.
