Description

A delicious quiche filled with eggs, cheese, ham, and broccoli, perfect for breakfast or brunch.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked and chopped ham
  • ¾ cup broccoli (chopped small)
  • ¼ cup yellow onion (diced)
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Optional: chopped parsley or green onion for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a 9-inch pie dish with olive oil or cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until fully combined.
  3. Stir in the chopped ham, broccoli, onion, and shredded cheese.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the prepared pie dish, spreading the ingredients evenly.
  5. Place in the oven and bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is lightly golden. You’ll know it’s done when a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. Let the quiche cool for about 5–10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with parsley or green onion if desired.

Notes

  • Letting the quiche rest before cutting helps it set and makes slicing easier.
  • This quiche can be made ahead of time and reheated in the oven.
