Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Cream the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy; mix in the egg and vanilla extract.
- Gradually combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture, then gently fold in the chopped strawberries.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until lightly golden. Allow cooling before dipping in melted chocolate.
- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl; dip each cookie halfway into the chocolate and let excess drip off.
