Description

Ingredients

  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup fresh apple cider
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp fresh thyme, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt and pepper.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine apple cider, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, and thyme until well mixed.
  4. Place the seasoned chicken in the baking dish and pour the apple cider sauce over it evenly.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Let rest for a few minutes before serving; drizzle extra sauce from the pan over the chicken.
