- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup fresh apple cider
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp fresh thyme, chopped

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt and pepper.
- In a medium bowl, combine apple cider, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, and thyme until well mixed.
- Place the seasoned chicken in the baking dish and pour the apple cider sauce over it evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving; drizzle extra sauce from the pan over the chicken.
