Ingredients

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cups frozen or fresh-cut fries
Instructions
- Pat chicken breasts dry and season generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove chicken from the pan and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream and stir in Parmesan until melted.
- Return chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over it, and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Prepare fries according to package instructions or fry fresh until crispy.
- Serve hot with crispy fries alongside the garlic Parmesan chicken.
