Description

Delicious and crispy baked chicken wings coated in a sweet and tangy BBQ sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.
  2. Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels. Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine brown sugar, garlic powder, balsamic vinegar, and BBQ sauce; mix until smooth.
  4. Place wings on the wire rack and brush half of the sauce mixture over them.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove from oven, brush with remaining sauce, serve hot.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, broil the wings for an additional 2-3 minutes at the end of baking.
