- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 large loaf French bread or ciabatta
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Set aside.
- In a small bowl, combine softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Slice the loaf of bread in half lengthwise. Place both halves cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet.
- Spread the garlic butter evenly over the cut sides of the bread.
- Top with the seasoned chicken, then sprinkle evenly with mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheeses.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges are golden.
- If desired, broil for 1–2 minutes for extra browning (watch closely).
- Remove from oven, garnish with fresh parsley if using, slice, and serve warm.
