Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Rinse the chicken wings in cold water and pat them dry using paper towels.
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top. Arrange the chicken wings in a single layer on the rack.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through until they are golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- If using sauce, let the wings cool slightly, then toss them in a bowl with your favorite sauce.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh herbs or celery sticks if desired.
