Description

Delicious roasted baby potatoes seasoned with garlic and topped with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb baby potatoes
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss baby potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well coated.
  3. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the potatoes and toss again to coat evenly.
  4. Spread the seasoned potatoes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Roast for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
