Description

A delicious stir-fry of chicken, gyoza noodles, and colorful bell peppers, tossed in a sesame soy sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 8 oz gyoza noodles (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 inch fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil (toasted for extra flavor)
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 cup chicken broth (homemade or store-bought)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by chopping the chicken into bite-sized pieces and slicing the bell peppers.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil until shimmering; then sauté the chicken until golden brown (about 5-7 minutes).
  3. Stir in minced garlic and grated ginger; cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add the sliced bell peppers and chopped green onions; stir-fry until slightly softened (about 3-4 minutes).
  5. Pour in gyoza noodles along with soy sauce and chicken broth; mix well and cook until heated through (approximately 5 minutes).
  6. Drizzle sesame oil over the skillet just before serving; toss gently to coat evenly. Garnish with additional green onions.

Notes

  • Ensure to use fresh or properly thawed gyoza noodles for the best texture.
  • Feel free to add other vegetables like carrots or broccoli for added nutrition.
