- 8 oz gyoza noodles (fresh or frozen)
- 1 medium red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 medium yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 inch fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp sesame oil (toasted for extra flavor)
- 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 cup chicken broth (homemade or store-bought)
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by chopping the chicken into bite-sized pieces and slicing the bell peppers.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil until shimmering; then sauté the chicken until golden brown (about 5-7 minutes).
- Stir in minced garlic and grated ginger; cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the sliced bell peppers and chopped green onions; stir-fry until slightly softened (about 3-4 minutes).
- Pour in gyoza noodles along with soy sauce and chicken broth; mix well and cook until heated through (approximately 5 minutes).
- Drizzle sesame oil over the skillet just before serving; toss gently to coat evenly. Garnish with additional green onions.

- Ensure to use fresh or properly thawed gyoza noodles for the best texture.
