Deliciously fluffy cinnamon sugar muffins perfect for breakfast or a snack.
Ingredients

- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ¾ cup whole milk
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, mix milk, eggs, and melted butter until blended. Gradually add to dry ingredients; stir gently until just combined.
- Fill muffin cups about two-thirds full with batter. Optionally sprinkle additional cinnamon sugar on top.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add vanilla extract to the wet ingredients.
- These muffins are great warm or at room temperature.
