Description

Instructions

  3. Season with thyme, salt, and pepper after onions are caramelized.
  4. Add the broth and bring to a gentle simmer; then add the gnocchi.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top generously with Gruyère cheese.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
