Description
A refreshing and easy dessert made with crushed pineapple, strawberries, and whipped topping.

- 20 ounces crushed pineapple, drained
- 3 ounces strawberry gelatin
- 3 cups mini marshmallows
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, finely diced
- 8 ounces frozen whipped topping, thawed
Instructions
- In a large bowl add the pineapple and strawberry gelatin. Mix with a spatula until fully combined.
- Fold in the marshmallows and strawberries until fully combined.
- Fold in the whipped topping until combined.
- Can be eaten immediately, but is best served chilled in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
Notes
- For a creamier texture, use extra whipped topping.
- Can substitute fresh strawberries with other berries.
