- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
- 1 medium banana, frozen
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Ice cubes (optional, for a thicker consistency)
Instructions
- Wash, hull, and halve fresh strawberries. If using frozen strawberries, you can skip this step.
- In a blender, combine the strawberries, frozen banana, Greek yogurt, protein powder, honey or maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla extract.
- Cover the blender and blend on high speed until all ingredients are well combined and the smoothie is smooth.
- If you prefer a thicker smoothie, add ice cubes and blend again until desired consistency is reached.
- Give your smoothie a quick taste. Adjust sweetness by adding more honey or syrup if needed and blend again.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass or a portable cup if you’re on the go.

- This smoothie is versatile; feel free to substitute yogurt or milk with your favorite dairy or non-dairy options.
